Frontières Platform in Cannes - Buyers Showcase & Proof of Concept Presentation

Call for projects are now CLOSED.

PROOF OF CONCEPT PRESENTATION

A showcase of up to 10 projects with original proof of concept videos to an audience of Marché du Film badgeholders (sales agents, distributors, financiers, co-producers). Please note that an eligible Proof of Concept is considered to be a short teaser video of original content, not a director’s reel, or mood reel with edited content pulled from other films.

BUYERS SHOWCASE

Presentation of genre films in post-production, seeking sales agents. Sales agents, distributors and festival programmers are given an opportunity to discover genre films in progress.

International co-production Market - Fantasia international film festival, August 3 to 6 2021

Call for projects are now OPEN.

Over the course of 4 days at Concordia University, at the Fantasia festival headquarters, the Frontières International Co-Production Market presents 20 projects in development (10 European and 10 North American) which are presented to a large and diverse group of prominent industry professionals (producers, financiers, sales agents, distributors). Due to the nature of COVID-19, this year's edition of the market may take place partly or entirely online.

Frontières Finance & Packaging Forum : August 3 to 6 2021

Call for projects are now OPEN.

The Frontières Forum is a private invitational event for selected projects seeking to complete their financing and advance to the production stage. Industry leaders are invited to meet with the selected projects over 3 days in a closed & collaborative environment. The programme of events will include roundtable strategy sessions, one-on-one meetings, and a proof of concept development lab. The forum now takes place within the Frontières International Co-production Market in Montreal.
