Frontières 2026 venues are physically accessible via street-level automated entrances and main building elevator banks servicing all activity floors (including the Mezzanine, 2nd, 6th, and 7th floors).
Universally accessible, wheelchair-accessible gender-neutral washrooms are located directly adjacent to all key event areas across both the Hall and EV buildings.
Please be advised that the Official Pitching Day in the Alumni Auditorium (H-110) will take place in a darkened environment and might feature stroboscopic (flashing) lighting effects, alongside high-intensity audio. If you have photosensitive epilepsy, visual/auditory sensitivities, or require any information or assistance for this session, please contact us by email at frontieres@fantasiafestival.com before attending.
There is a maximum of ten spaces in the front row of H-110 reserved for audience members using wheelchairs, with automatic doors leading straight to this area via the stage. If you require wheelchair-accessible seating layout accommodations or elevator route assistance for Pitching Day, please contact us directly at frontieres@fantasiafestival.com so we can secure your space and provide guidance on site.
